赤峰福悅氧化鐵脫硫劑是以氧化鐵為主要活性組份，添加其它促進(jìn)劑加工而成的高效氣體凈化劑。在20℃～100℃之間，對(duì)硫化氫有很高的脫除性能，對(duì)硫醇類有機(jī)硫和大部分氮氧化物也有一定脫除效果。氧化鐵脫硫劑是以活性Fe2O3為主要成份，并添加多種助劑制成。是一種適應(yīng)性較強(qiáng)的新型高效的干法氣體常溫脫硫劑，能在常溫常壓或加壓條件下工作。對(duì)硫化氫有很高的脫除性能，對(duì)硫醇類有機(jī)硫和大部分氮氧化物也有一定脫除效果。

    赤峰福悅氧化鐵脫硫劑因其硫容大、價(jià)格低、可在常溫（20℃～100℃之間）下空氣再生等特點(diǎn)而深受用戶歡迎。使用上具有設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)單、操作方便、硫容量大、凈化度高，適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。

    氧化鐵脫硫劑因其硫容大、價(jià)格低、可在常溫下空氣再生等特點(diǎn)而深受用戶歡迎。但也存在著強(qiáng)度差、遇水粉化、脫硫精度不高(1ppm)等不足之處，影響了其工業(yè)應(yīng)用。

    針對(duì)上述情況，我公司技術(shù)人員經(jīng)過(guò)幾年潛心研究，開發(fā)了HYF系列新型氧化鐵脫硫劑，其特點(diǎn)是：

    1、脫硫精度高：進(jìn)口H2SI1000ppm時(shí)，出口H2S 0.05ppm，比普通Fe2O3的脫硫精度(1ppm)高20倍；

    2、反應(yīng)速度快：使用空速1000-20000h-1比普通Fe2O3要高3—6倍。

    3、工作（透穿）硫容大：在1和2的條件下，一次性精脫H2S硫容有O2時(shí)為15—20%，是普通Fe2O3脫硫劑的3—6倍。

    4、強(qiáng)度好、耐水性好。水煮2h或浸泡30天不粉化、強(qiáng)度不變。

    5、適用溫度范圍廣，5—90℃

    6、可在無(wú)O2或高CO2條件下應(yīng)用。無(wú)氧時(shí)精脫H2S硫容12—15%。

    該脫硫劑適用天然氣、水煤氣、半水煤氣、空氣煤氣、焦?fàn)t氣、變換氣、CO2再生氣、食品CO2、鋼廠原料氣、沼氣、石油化工等各種氣體的精脫H2S，也可與水解504催化劑配套使用達(dá)到H2S+CO2≤0.06ppm,彌補(bǔ)活性炭精脫硫劑的不足，使氧化鐵脫硫劑新工藝應(yīng)用更為廣泛。

      1、裝填

    脫硫劑裝填好壞直接影響使用效果，必須引起足夠重視，整個(gè)脫硫劑裝填過(guò)程應(yīng)有專人負(fù)責(zé)，并注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

   （1）在脫硫塔的格蓖板上先鋪設(shè)二層網(wǎng)孔小于為8－10目的不銹鋼網(wǎng)。

   （2）在鐵絲網(wǎng)上再鋪設(shè)一層20－30mm, Φ20－30mm厚的碎焦塊。

   （3）由于運(yùn)輸、裝卸過(guò)程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生粉塵，裝填前需要過(guò)篩。

   （4）使用專門的裝填工具，卸料管應(yīng)能自由轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，使料能均勻裝填反應(yīng)器四周，嚴(yán)禁從中間倒入脫硫劑，防止裝填不勻。

   （5）脫硫劑在使用過(guò)程中隨吸硫量的增大而強(qiáng)度遞增，故在脫硫塔中應(yīng)分層裝填。每層按脫硫劑裝填高度劃線，保證裝足、裝平、裝勻。

   （6）裝填過(guò)程中，嚴(yán)格禁止直接踩踏硫劑，可將木板墊在料層上，再進(jìn)入扒料和檢查裝填情況。

   （7）脫硫原料氣入口處，應(yīng)裝上格蓖板或碎焦塊，以防止吹散脫硫劑。

    2、使用

   （1）脫硫塔一般不必專門加熱而耗能，但在室外的脫硫裝置冬季必須保溫，以免氣體過(guò)冷，降低脫硫劑活性和床層上積水而惡化操作。

   （2）脫硫前應(yīng)設(shè)法除去焦油和水沬。

   （3）脫硫劑可一次全部更換，也可按氣流方向逐段更換。

   （4）定時(shí)排放脫硫塔前水分離器和脫硫塔底部積水，嚴(yán)禁氣體帶液進(jìn)入脫硫塔。

   （5）操作要穩(wěn)定、使用要合理，以發(fā)揮其優(yōu)良性能。

     3、運(yùn)輸

   （1）脫硫劑在運(yùn)輸時(shí)要輕裝輕放、避免震動(dòng)和碰撞，以免破損。

   （2）脫硫劑在保管期間，要防止吸嘲及化學(xué)污染。
