凌源市大德脫硫活性炭孔隙發達，用于化工原料氣體化工合成氣體，制藥工業氣體飲料的凈化及原子設施的凈化，也用于脫降空氣中污染物以及混合氣體的分類提純。廣泛應用于熱力電廠、煉油、石油化工、化纖工業中的煙氣脫硫，化肥工業中原料氣脫硫，煤氣、天然氣脫硫及其它化學工業的氣體脫硫。
活性炭脫硫主要是利用活性炭的催化和吸附作用，活性炭的催化活性很強，煤氣中的H2S在活性炭的催化作用下，與煤氣中少量的O2發生氧化反應，反應生成的單質S吸附于活性炭表面。

25kg編織袋包裝，內襯塑料薄膜，也可按客戶需求包裝，產品在貯存時應放置于陰涼干燥處，運輸過程中，防止與堅硬物質混裝，以防炭粒破碎，影響質量，防水浸防油防火。
