尿素為速效氮肥，施入土壤后很快溶解，其肥效短，利用率低。而本產品是以尿素為核心，以單質硫磺為包膜層。硫不僅是植物必須的中量元素，而且是很好的堿性土壤改良劑（北方許多高爾夫球場在建造種草前常用硫磺粉進行改良）。該產品不僅能使氮肥控制釋放，而且可提供植物必須的硫元素，同時還可降低土壤的PH值，解決了草成坪后使用硫磺粉的不便。北方或沿海偏堿性土壤使用效果更佳。
